💬 SMS Communication

• Check-in Reminders: Send text reminders to crew members who haven't checked in

• Manager SMS Opt-In: Managers can now provide “Consent to Receive SMS Messages” on behalf of crew members. Crew Members have the option to opt out in their personal settings.

👥 People List

• Anyone marked “Not Employed” no longer appears in any people lists or searches

• People marked “Not Employed” can be found on the People Archive page. Go to the People list, click “Filters” and click “View Past Employees”

• Improved filter controls for People

• Easier controls for marking a Person as “Available for Frontline Dispatch”

• We made it more clear when there are filters applied

🔗 Admin-Only Team Links

• Team Links can be made visible to All-Access and Dispatch Manager seats only, hiding it from the Frontline App.

📊 24-Hour Dispatch Comments

• A badge count showing recent comments is now visible on the dispatch board to help surface urgent messages. More improvements to come!
